It has been known to man since ancient times of the great benefits that the body massage has on the physical body. It helps to reduce blood pressure, and eliminate toxins. Massage helps stimulate the nerves system of the body and reduces stress which has devastating effects on the immune system along with depression and anxiety. With this massage however the aim is to work with the energy fields that are within and also surround the physical body. It is a means of moving towards positive well being, revitalising and rebalancing at all levels. Colour is the heart of it all and supported by the energies of plants and crystals through the three kingdoms we can restore balance and ease. In this course we will learn to support our client and each other for personal growth, becoming more aware and conscious our selves. The tools we need are, love, a smile and a tender touch. So join me on this magical journey of colour and light.
