Colour has accompanied human life from its very origin, because it speaks to perception, sensitivity, intuition and the deepest levels of consciousness. Every colour carries a frequency, a quality and a message, and allows us to observe more clearly what lives in the body, in energy, in emotions, in the mind and in the subtle space of the Aura.

The Aura-Soma® Foundation Course, also known as the Blue Course, represents the first step in the three-level journey to become an Aura-Soma® Practitioner. At this level, students enter the language of Colour according to the principles of the Aura-Soma® Colour-Care System, a Self-Selective Non-Intrusive System in which the choice of colours opens a direct relationship with consciousness and with the deeper needs of the being.

In the Aura-Soma® system, colour acts according to the principle of Sympathetic Resonance: colour calls to colour, frequency enters the relationship with frequency, and what is chosen responds to a quality already present in the human being’s Auric Field. This is the principle expressed by the Latin formula Similia Similibus Curantur, Like Cures Like, according to which an affinity of vibration can support a process of harmonisation, rebalancing and realignment.

The Five Pillars of Aura-Soma® — Equilibrium, Pomanders, Quintessences, Colour Essences and Archangeloi — allow the work of Colour, plants, herbs, essential oils and crystals to be brought into the human energy system, supporting the Auric Field in its energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual dimensions, and promoting well-being, centring and greater coherence with one’s mission and purpose.

The Foundation Course provides the basis for entering the language of Aura-Soma® Colour, the Theory of Colour, the Visible Spectrum, the relationship between Colour and the Chakras, the Three Stars of the Subtle Anatomy and the consultation process, in which the selection of the dual-coloured Equilibrium Bottles reveals the colour code through time, highlighting the dynamics the person carries within their history, what calls for transformation in the present, and the direction in which consciousness is guiding them.

• The principles of Aura-Soma® as a non-intrusive, self-selected, soul therapy.
• Colour Theory: Primary, Secondary and Tertiary colours, Complementary colours, Hidden colours. 
• The messages of colour – our gifts and talents.
• An introduction to the three stars in the Subtle Anatomy.
• The visible spectrum and the chakras. Sympathetic resonance as a key to restoring balance.
• The Consultation Process: The Colour Code of the Soul through time. The significance of the position of each bottle in the Equilibrium selection.  Interpretation of each fraction in the colour selections.
• An introduction to the complete Aura-Soma® range: the Equilibrium oils, Pomanders, Quintessences, Colour Essences and Cosmetics. 
• Guidelines for recommendations based on the client’s selection.
• Demonstration and practical work with the aura and subtle energies.
• Demonstration and practical work with hand massage techniques.
• Demonstration and practical work in interpreting the Equilibrium selection.

Born in Italy, Cristiana graduated with full marks and honor from the University of Bologna, Faculty of Humanity and Arts. At the age of 14, she underwent a near-death experience (NDE) as a consequnce of a serious accident. A teacher, scholar of the ancient wisdom teachings, and writer, she founded the International Initiation School in 2017, an Advanced Professional and Personal Training School.


DETAILS: This is an Aura-Soma® Academy UK course, organised by International Initiation School. Although it is not part of the School main training pathway, the course is considered an in-depth exploration of themes connected to the training and is therefore accredited among the IIS Personal Growth courses. The seminar is open to everyone and no prerequisites are required. To access Aura-Soma® Level 2: Intermediate, students must wait at least 30 days after completing Level 1.

Important Note: According to the directives of the Aura-Soma® Academy UK, the Aura-Soma® Foundation Course – Level 1 can only be delivered in person and is not available online. The course requires direct experience, observation, practice, relationship with colour and shared group work; for this reason, it cannot be delivered online.

This seminar will be recorded in audio format only. The audio recordings will be sent to all registered participants, who will be able to download and keep them (for personal use).
