Yesterday we ended the course “SQ Leadership: The development of Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) to activate the Inner Leadership”.

The seminar, based on Quantum Physics and the work of Danah Zohar from the Oxford University UK, was taught by Cristiana Caria, who collaborated with her in the past. During the seminar we talked about the skills needed to create our own spiritual capital in order to be able to lead ourselves and our own organizations; it was about learning how to apply the Quantum Strategy Dyanamics methodology to our way of thinking and our work to be able to act differently, and in a more holistic view of ourselves and others.

A special thanks to all the participants who made the days of the course very special and unforgettable.
