The concept of a Chakra system belongs not only to the Hindu tradition, but also to many other ancient cultures including Egyptian, Chinese, Native American, Sufi, and Kabbalah. The word Chakra comes from Sanskrit and it means “wheel”. They are considered to be centers of energy located vertically along the spine and they serve as seats of consciousness. Each Chakra is associated to a level of consciousness which supports with its specific function; the combination of their work together reflects the makeup of our psyche. All the experiences of our lifetime are lodged in the Chakras, influencing the functioning the way it should. 

Our rainbow energetical structure is the reflection of the consciousness of the chakras and it is important to understand it at its core level in order to have a complete view of the self. The correct functioning of each Chakra supports our well-being and conscious manifestation.

The aim of this 3 hours and a 1/2 workshop is an exploration of the inner aspect of the psyche related to each of Chakra, which influences our being in a deep way, in order to support our transformational process to awaken our true potential.


OUTLINE:

•    The Human being as energy/consciousness manifested;
•    The identity of each Chakra and its purpose in the developmental process;
•    The developmental stages of each Chakra in relation to our life;
•    Balance, deficiency and excess in the Chakra;
•    The aspect of the demon of each Chakra — what is it, what is the purpose of their challenge.
