Our body is alive. It has a bio-electric function, which generates an electro-magnetic or energy field called Aura.

The chakras are wheels of consciousness created by the interaction of the two main Nadis, Ida and Pingala, which have the task of distributing and receiving the vital energy coming from the Cosmos by constantly channeling the flow of manifestation and the flow of liberation to produce a continuous transformative process in the human auric field.

The main chakras are 7 in number, they relate each to a specific colour of the rainbow, to an element – Aether, Fire, Air, Water and Earth - and they are located at specific points between the base of the spine and the top of the skull. Each chakra is linked to the physical body via the 7 main Endocrine Glands – the pituitary, the pineal, the thyroid, the thymus, the pancreas, the reproductive organs, and the adrenal glands.

The human Endocrine system plays a major role in human health and wellbeing because it has many physical functions, (such as regulating sleep, heart rate, metabolism, the immune system, etc.). For this reason, it may have a deep correspondence on the spiritual, psychological, psychosomatic, and physiological functions attributed to the 7 main energy centers.

The chakras bring in and emit energy which flows in our day to day lives. As each chakra relates to a different part of our life and being, in time of struggle or change the energy may stop flowing freely and cause a particular chakra(s) to become blocked or imbalanced which may manifest in different ways. For example, because the throat chakra is linked to communication, if a person is facing situations in which they are unable to express their true feelings, one of the possible physical consequences may be a loss of the voice.

The energy of colour acts on the chakras as the colours of the rainbow are related to the power associated to their elements. Colour therefore affects the chakras because it resonates with their frequencies and vibrations of consciousness.

The Chakra Re-Balancing is an art of energy healing that focuses on toning the colour energy and coloured crystals on the seven chakras to rebalance their flows of energy.

The human auric frequency and vibration are very unstable and easy influenced by the environment, and the use of crystals, which have a super stable energy frequency that does not change, profoundly influence the human unstable energy field.

The aim of this seminar is to offer the participants a specific technique of Chakra Re-Balancing that may support the Auric energetic re-alignment and promote a deep sense of inner well-being.
