Generally we think about Karma as the Law of Cause and Effect. In reality Karma is the law that moves the intent of the Greater Life (Spirit) through time and space, and its aim is to replace any personal rigidity with a more fluid pattern. The Law of Karma is a natural law with the purpose of helping us revisit all the past misunderstandings and mistakes in order to allow us to go beyond the limits that take us away from the experience of Love, bring more consciousness to who we are as a soul and fulfil our true destiny.

In the ancient times this role was attributed to the Greek Goddess Nemesis, the one who was in charge of the Distribution of Justice. Her task was to re-establish the “right proportions” and the harmony in the evolution of the events and the destiny of men; it is said that she would not give up her work until that order had been re-established.

Everything we live in the present is the result of the past which comes back in order to be transformed. The only way to transmute it is to learn to witness it while we live it. When we understand it, it becomes Dharma, the Way, allowing us to dissolve it instead of being locked in its challenging patterns.
